Emily Potts

Emily Potts is a Property Manager with Colliers International in Huntsville, Alabama where she currently oversees a portfolio of retail and office properties totaling almost 600,000 square feet. She has been with Colliers for over 6 years and personally manages the day-to-day operations of seven retail properties and one office building. When she first started at Colliers, she quickly discovered how much she enjoys the fast paced, customer focused nature of commercial real estate. After spending a few years learning about leases and managing tenant correspondence, Emily knew she wanted to pursue a career as a property manager. Her day-to-day tasks involve managing tenant and owner relationships, coordinating with vendors, overseeing any budgets, and making sure all properties are operating efficiently. Overall, this career has given her the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the Huntsville community in meaningful ways, while combining her passion for customer service and problem solving.
