Erika Baldwin is a dedicated higher education professional with over a decade of experience at Alabama A&M University, where she has served in roles spanning administration, instruction, and game day operations. A proud alumna, she holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from AAMU. Erika is a committed leader and mentor, actively supporting student growth and organizational development. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of three who enjoys traveling, sports, and creating lasting memories with her family.
