Gia has over 15 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness. She has worked with a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies—helping hundreds of leaders build skills in communication, emotional intelligence, team building, and authentic leadership.

A Certified Professional Coach with a master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Gia is passionate about supporting women as they grow into bold, confident, and values-driven leaders. She brings a unique global perspective shaped by her multicultural background and experiences living in Paris, NYC, LA, and now Huntsville. Known for her ability to blend kindness with candor, Gia helps women challenge limitations, trust their voice, and thrive in leadership.

As Program Coordinator, Gia will play a key role in delivering and evolving Momentum’s high-impact leadership and mentorship programs—continuing Momentum Leaders’ mission to advance women in leadership across Alabama and beyond.
