Gianetta Jones

Gianetta Jones is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. She joined Coca-Cola in 2007 and has held roles including Human Resources Director, Corporate HR Director, and Vice President of Human Resources before becoming Chief People Officer in 2020 and Senior Vice President in 2022. Gianetta oversees Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Culture & Engagement, and Learning & Organizational Development. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, she holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Auburn University. She is active in community service, including the Birmingham Education Foundation, WIOA Region 5, and professional HR organizations. She and her husband of 15 years, Clint, are proud to be a part of their Clanton, Alabama community and serve as members of First Methodist Church. In their spare time, they enjoy their two (2) children, spoiling their six (6) grandchildren and eight (8) fur babies and spending quality time outdoors at the lake or the pool.
