Grace Smitherman

Grace Smitherman is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and lifelong learning. As a Talent Development Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, she designs and facilitates growth-centered programs that empower leaders to lead with authenticity, emotional intelligence, and purpose.

With a Master’s in Learning, Leadership & Organizational Development from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Business Marketing from Samford University, Grace blends strategic insight with creative instructional design to foster meaningful development across diverse teams. Her work centers on elevating women and underrepresented voices through DEI initiatives, strengths-based
coaching, and engaging learning experiences.
