Hailey Rhoton

Hailey Rhoton is the Business Operations Manager at Pylon Building Group, a growing general contractor in downtown Birmingham. After graduating from Birmingham-Southern College, she embarked on a career that blends operational efficiency with strategic development. Hailey spent seven years at Brasfield & Gorrie, where she honed her skills in contract analysis, legal operations, technology integration, and process improvement. At Pylon, Hailey currently manages daily business operations, optimizes systems, and supports strategic initiatives. Hailey is passionate about leveraging her expertise to drive both organizational success and positive social impact. Outside of work, Hailey is deeply committed to her community, actively participating in organizations like the Rotaract Club of Birmingham and United Way of Central Alabama. Hailey lives in Gardendale with her husband, Riley, and enjoys spending her free time traveling to new places and hosting game nights with friends from church.
