Hattie O’Hara

Hattie O’Hara is committed to growing Birmingham nonprofits through real relationships and thoughtful storytelling. She is currently the Development Manager at Breakthrough Birmingham, where she is helping donors reverse education inequity through developing new individual giving strategies and managing existing partnerships across the city. Her previous roles include Assistant Director of Service-Learning at Birmingham-Southern College, where she led the Hess Advocacy Fellowship and Bonner Leader program. Before that, Hattie has worked with the Global Village Project, a middle school for refugee girls in Atlanta, and the Birmingham Education Foundation. Hattie holds a degree in Human Rights from Birmingham-Southern College.
