Jamella Davis serves as Manager of Employee Relations, at UAB Health System in Birmingham, AL. She most recently served as an Operational Manager with Houston Methodist Hospital where she was responsible for directing, planning and controlling the strategic clinical business operations for several medical specialties and service lines. She completed her undergraduate degree in Mass Communication at Xavier University of Louisiana, her Juris Doctor degree at Cumberland School of Law of Samford University and her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at George Washington University. In her spare time, Jamella enjoys preparing New Orleans-inspired recipes for her family, shopping and traveling.
