Jennifer Byrd

Jennifer Byrd is the Manager of HR Systems and Workforce Time Management at AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with over 20 years of experience, including more than ten years in HR Information Systems. She is, also, a three-time graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Operations Management and a Master of Business Administration.
Originally from Tuscumbia, AL, Jennifer moved to Birmingham in 2018. She has one child, Ruby (8 years old). When Jennifer isn’t at work, she enjoys traveling the world with Ruby while also running a travel agency since 2019. A fun fact about Jennifer is that she has been to over 50 countries, having lived in Europe for a short stint, and her daughter has already been to 26 countries.
