Jessica Hebson grew up in Spanish Fort, Alabama and attended Samford University, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English and Spanish. Jessica went on to attend Cumberland School of Law and obtained her JD in 2009.
Jessica began her legal career as a civil litigation attorney at the law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. At Bradley, Jessica practiced in Alabama and Florida State and Federal Courts in the primary areas of financial services and insurance defense litigation. In 2014, Jessica joined the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney. From 2014 to the present, Jessica has been championing justice for victims of crime in Jefferson County, Alabama, through the prosecution and trial of criminal cases. Jessica handles a broad range of cases, from Capital Murder to financial crimes.
Jessica and her partner, Ryan, live in Homewood and have two elementary-aged children that keep them on their toes. The Hebson family can often be found cheering on the sidelines of youth volleyball and baseball games, exploring the outdoors with their dog, Winnie, and engaging in spirited bouts of Rummikub games with the kids.
