Kary Wolfe represents employers in the banking, fabrication and assembly, real estate development, mining, retail, government, and service industries. Kary has represented employers in discrimination and retaliation cases, at trial and on appeal, including cases brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). She also has experience handling claims under the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Act and the Federal Black Lung Act. Kary regularly provides day-to-day, practical employment advice, drafts and revises employment policies, performs compliance reviews, and provides employee training.
