Katelyn Sides Baker

Katelyn Sides Baker currently serves as the Alumni, Focus, & Spark Program Director at Leadership Greater Huntsville, where she manages a 5,000+ alumni network, developing programs aimed at workforce retention and community engagement. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a Business Minor from Auburn University. She is also actively involved in the local community through the Women Economic Development Council and the Huntsville Committee of 100 Young Professionals group. In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys running outdoors, playing with her children, and planning her next adventure with her college sweetheart. A lover of travel and exploration, she’s always seeking new destinations to discover, whether it’s a quiet weekend getaway or an international trip. Katelyn also finds joy in volunteering for community causes and staying active in local events, believing in the importance of giving back to the community that has given her so much.
