Katie Crawford

Katie Crawford is the owner and lead REALTOR® of Heart of Huntsville Real Estate Group at Capstone Realty. With nine years of experience in residential real estate, she established Heart of Huntsville in 2024 to combine professional expertise with her passion for community, growth, and personalized service. Katie began her career as a paralegal with Hornsby, Watson, and Hornsby before transitioning to real estate in 2016 with Averbuch Realty. She later joined the Keyfinders Group, first with Keller Williams Realty and then with RE/MAX Alliance, where she was named Lead Buying Specialist in 2020 and Lead Listing Specialist in 2022. Beyond her business, Katie has served on the Boards of Directors for the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® and ValleyMLS, as well as the Junior League of Huntsville. She is currently co-chair of the Huntsville Museum of Art Guild’s signature fundraiser, Unframed, and remains active in her children’s PTA and as a youth soccer coach.
