Katie Voss

As Vice President of Risk Management at Brasfield & Gorrie, Katie Voss oversees the corporate insurance, bonding, subcontractor compliance, and subcontractor default protection programs. She also leads the company’s Risk Steering Team, which focuses on enterprise risk management. In 2022, she was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as a Top 40 under 40 honoree and in 2018 was named to Business Alabama and Alabama AGC’s Top 40 Under 40 in Commercial Construction. She has also participated in the Alabama Leadership Initiative and Project Corporate Leadership programs.

Katie is committed to the Birmingham community where she serves on the board of directors for America’s First Federal Credit Union as well as the Momentum Women’s Executive Leadership Program. She also serves on the advisory board for Samford University’s Risk Management and Insurance Program. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama, and a Master of Business Administration from Samford University. In her spare time, Katie enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, Jansen, and their two sons, Hill and Graham.
