Katie Wells

Katie Wells serves as Vice President of Design Management and Operational Improvement at Brasfield & Gorrie. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Science, she has dedicated her entire 21-year career to the firm, beginning in operations with a focus on preconstruction and project management. In 2017, Katie established a department focused on enhancing collaboration and driving continuous improvement from design through construction, building a team that supports all regions of the organization. She brings a deep commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences for project teams, clients, and design partners. In her current role, Katie is focused on expanding design-build delivery and optimizing resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, particularly outdoors—whether riding bikes or exploring their family farm.
