Kayla Henderson

Kayla Henderson is currently Regional Vice President of Human Resources for the Central region. Kayla began her tenure with Encompass Health in 2015 as a Human Resources Business Partner on the employee relations team. She moved into her current role as RVPHR in June of 2018. During that time, she has provided HR oversight to the 24 hospitals in the Central region, including partnering to open six in the last three years. Kayla began her career in human resources in 2007 and has held HR positions of various levels and in multiple industries since then. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
