About Kayla

Kayla Henderson is currently Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Encompass Health. Kayla began her tenure with Encompass Health in 2015. In her role as RVPHR, she leads the human resources functions for the 25 hospitals in nine states within the Central region. Kayla began her career in human resources in 2007 and has held HR positions of various levels and in multiple industries since then. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She is a member of the current Momentum Executive Leadership Class 21.
