Kelly Lewis

Kelly is a law partner in the Birmingham office of Jones Walker LLC, where she leads the tax credit finance team. Kelly represents investors and lenders across the country in Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions. Before joining Jones Walker, Kelly co-founded the boutique law firm Liles & Rushin. She began her legal career at Maynard, Cooper & Gale. As co-owner of Rhaglan Hospitality, Kelly led the recent restoration of three historic Alabama properties: St. James Hotel Selma, the Redmont Hotel Birmingham, and the Kelly Hotel Birmingham.
Kelly received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University. She earned her Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys traveling, interior design, fashion, and reading.
