Khristi Driver

Khristi Driver is Southern Nuclear’s Director of Security Programs, which includes Fleet Security, Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty/Medical. She first joined the Southern Company enterprise in 2011 after building her foundation as a civil defense litigator and law firm partner in the private sector. Khristi has worked in multiple roles within the company, including training directly with the Southern Company general counsel in a two-year chief of staff assignment. Since 2016, her focus has been at Southern Nuclear where she served as Compliance & Concerns Director and Associate General Counsel before taking her current role. Khristi graduated from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2000 and obtained her political science degree from the University of Alabama in 1997. Carrying out her commitment to service, she is a member of the City Council in the community where she lives. Khristi also serves on several boards of directors for national, regional and local organizations focused on fair housing, civic engagement and literacy. She and her two teenagers reside in Hoover, Alabama.
