Kiera Horton

Kiera Horton is a Birmingham native who works as an Admin Associate at the UAB Heersink School of Medicine Dean’s Office. She manages the Dean’s office and provides support to the Executive Director of Communications and the Assistant Dean of Finance & Administration. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Kiera founded the Jumpshot Corporation, which prepares rising sports professionals, and provides free media services to Birmingham’s young basketball players. Kiera has shown her commitment to uplifting Birmingham by becoming a member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham, the Kiwanis Club of Vulcan, and standing as a board member of the MHERC Young Professionals Board.
