Kristie J. Smith is a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience guiding the business development and growth of Element Health, Inc.’s clinical nutrition and corporate wellness services. Her keen insight and expertise have resulted in company growth and national recognition of the firm’s signature health and wellness programs and services. With a proven ability to create and implement strategic plans for marketing, networking, company growth, and client retention, Kristie utilizes her unique background in consumer behavior, marketing, and managing teams to coordinate programs that effectively increase client relations and team-member growth. She has earned degrees from Auburn University, Jacksonville State University, and the University of Southern Mississippi. Kristie, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Element Health based in Birmingham, Alabama with a national presence. As a balance to her career in healthcare, Kristie is an avid quilter, fiber artist, author, and designer. She enjoys consulting with companies worldwide to develop products and grow the sewing industry. Her creativity and projects have been highlighted in over 30 national publications and have won international awards.
