Lauren Reeves

Lauren Reeves is the Director of Clinical Nutrition at Huntsville Hospital, where she leads inpatient and outpatient nutrition services across multiple facilities, focusing on evidence-based practice, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement. Her career at Huntsville Hospital began in 2011as a Clinical Dietitian, where she provided direct patient care through assessment, counseling, and nutrition support. In 2016, Lauren advanced to Assistant Clinical Nutrition Manager, gaining experience in staff development, performance evaluation, and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize patient nutrition care. From 2019 to 2021, she served as Clinical Nutrition Manager, overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff and interns across the system, while fostering collaboration between dietitians and interdisciplinary teams. Lauren holds a BS in Nutrition & Food Science from Auburn University and an MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She is passionate about motivating teams, mentoring future leaders, and advancing patient outcomes through innovative nutrition care.
