Limore Zilberman

Limore Zilberman is a member of the Russell Reynolds Associates’ Board and CEO Advisory Group and co-leads the firm’s global Insurance Practice, advising clients on how to recruit, develop and retain transformative talent into an industry facing heavy disruption. Limore advises boards, CEOs and senior-level executives on predicting C-suite success, cross-functional hiring, benchmarking, development and succession of executives, board members and high potential talent to build excellent leadership teams. She also brings expertise and experience to her clients by providing insight into senior leadership talent in numerous areas including data and analytics, digital transformation and diversity and inclusion. Limore has also conducted numerous board searches, helping clients identify, select and recruit talent from both within and outside their industry.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Limore served as an associate director in the Midwest regional office of a powerful lobby organization. She previously worked for Citadel Investment Group and worked directly with the loan syndication and trading desk. Limore began her career in Goldman Sachs’ Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities Division in New York. Limore received her B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of Michigan.
