Molly Bell

Molly Bell is a Property Manager with COPT Defense Properties at Redstone Gateway in Huntsville, AL. Passionate about serving her team, tenants, and community to help ensure everyone can successfully execute mission critical work. Before joining COPT Defense Properties in 2024, Molly was the Marketing Director for Parkway Place Mall and went on to be General Manager from 2020-2024. Graduating with a degree in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama, she was an on-air multi-media journalist from 2012-2016. Her love of community and communications translates well in serving her team at COPT Defense Properties and sitting on numerous boards like BOMA of North Alabama, Arts Huntsville, and The Care Center. When she’s not working or volunteering, you can likely find her catching a quick run or spending quality time with her family.
