Natalie Campbell
Natalie Campbell is a Birmingham native with a passion for criminal justice reform and community development. With a Master’s in Public Administration from UAB and over eight years of experience in the non-profit sector, Natalie has dedicated her career to developing and implementing restorative justice programs. Her work as a justice system reform specialist involves collaborating with various stakeholders in the criminal legal system to identify and support eligible cases for restorative justice processes.
Natalie’s expertise spans project management, data analysis, and program development – skills she has honed through roles at the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and The Dannon Project. Her background in art history and experience at the Birmingham Museum of Art and Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts adds a unique perspective to her approach to community engagement and program design.
As she looks to expand her impact, Natalie is keen on pursuing leadership roles in Birmingham where she can leverage her deep understanding of local issues and her commitment to justice reform to drive positive change in her community.
