Polly Ann Cayson

Polly Ann Cayson, originally from Vicksburg, MS, earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University and a MS in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, Redstone Arsenal Campus. She has spent the entirety of her engineering career supporting US Army Soldiers through Systems and Sustainment Engineering efforts for various missile and unmanned systems.

In an effort to make Huntsville her home over 30 years ago, Polly Ann worked to be an active member of the community. She spent about 10 years in volunteer and leadership roles with the Junior League of Huntsville. She spent several years on the Board of Directors at Madison Academy and more than 20 years volunteering at her church to include helping create elaborate Vacation Bible School sets each summer.

Polly Ann retired from Federal Service in 2025 but did not want to stay home. She joined Momentum Leaders in December and is excited to help with the work taking place in Huntsville to develop and encourage the leadership potential of women in this community. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Steve, and daughter, Emma, whenever possible. She also loves to paint and go to Pilates.
