Dr. Rachel Fry is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama where she works with individuals and couples. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Samford University and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama. Dr. Fry is passionate about helping professional women thrive in their careers. A large part of her practice is focused on education and leadership development and she often works with individuals and groups in the corporate setting. Dr. Fry also has a special interest in legal wellness and frequently works with law firms, Bar Associations and law schools in an effort to provide education and support.

Do you ever experience difficulty making decisions about what to prioritize and where to set healthy boundaries? As a leader, it is vital that you know and understand your core values so that you are able to make decisions quicker, become more productive, create boundaries and work to align your personal and professional life in ways that respect your values. This interactive workshop will focus on helping participants identify core values and learn how to incorporate them into daily life. Participants’ will spend time discussing what alignment looks like as well as how to recognize signs of misalignment (burnout, depression, anxiety, work dissatisfaction).
