Randretta Rincher currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Spire, where she has spent the last 19 years of her career. Randretta is a native of Brimingham Alabama who earned her undergraduate degree in Management from Miles College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Randretta is a devoted mother of three beautiful children. She is passionate about supporting educational programs and housing initiatives in underserved communities. She is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Fresh Water Land Trust and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity Birmingham division.
