Rashel Triplett

Rashel Triplett is a Controller and nonprofit finance professional with expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. A native of Bessemer, AL, she earned a BBA in Accounting from Howard University and has built her career supporting mission-driven organizations through strong financial management.
After returning to the Birmingham area, Rashel developed a deeper interest in community engagement and leadership development. Her interests include financial stability, affordable housing, caregiver support, and strengthening families and communities. Through Momentum Works, she hopes to expand her leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and contribute to positive change across the Birmingham region.
