Rebecca Cline
Rebecca Cline serves as the Special Assistant to the President at Lakeshore Foundation, an internationally recognized organization providing opportunities for individuals with physical disability and chronic health conditions to lead healthy, active, independent lives. Located in Birmingham, Alabama, Lakeshore also serves as a U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training site, a center for research, and with the disability community, a strong advocate for inclusion.
Previously, Ms. Cline was a Senior Inclusion Specialist for the National Center on Health, Physical Activity, and Disability (NCHPAD) for eight years, focusing on inclusive content development and resources, disability inclusion trainings, access to nutritious eating, and adaptations of evidence-based programs to be inclusive of individuals with disability across the lifespan. Ms. Cline is a Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and a certified ACE Health Coach, and she participates with the Association of University Centers on Disabilities’ Nutrition Is For Everyone special interest group.
Ms. Cline received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Kentucky and completed her Dietetic Internship and Master of Public Health from Samford University.
When not at work, Rebecca enjoys playing volleyball, growing her garden, and loving on her goofy dog, Ramsey.
