Regan Liggins

Regan Liggins is Head of Enterprise Operations and Technology Risk at Regions. Regions is a regional bank that operates throughout the South, Midwest and Texas and is headquartered in Birmingham, Ala.

In her role, Regan is responsible for the execution of an effective Operations and Technology Risk Management Strategy. Through this role, she partners with the Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data functions to provide strategic and prudent risk management leadership.

Throughout her career, Regan has served the community by advocating for organizations that focus on the development of young professionals and the well-being of women and children. Regan was a member of the 2021-2022 Momentum Executive Leadership Class. Additionally, Regan was included in the Savoy Magazine’s 2024 Most Influential Executives in Corporate America, Birmingham Business Journal’s 2019 40 under 40 class and the National Business Journal’s 2019 Influencers: Rising Stars.

Regan is married to Blair Liggins and has one daughter, Grace.

Regan joined Regions in 2014 as a Senior Manager in the Operational Risk Management Group. She most recently served as Head of Third Party Risk Management, where she was responsible for leading a team charged with the execution of a sound Third Party Risk Management Strategy. Prior to joining Regions, Regan spent 11 years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she focused on audit work in the energy and higher education sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oglethorpe University and is also a licensed CPA.
