About Ronit:

Ronit is the Founder and President of 360 MpowerMint LLC, an executive coaching and consulting company serving individual leaders and organizations in cultivating effective and actionable strategies and technology solutions to accelerate personal and professional growth, resulting in increased engagement, retention, performance, and excellence in operations.

Ronit has Over 20 years of IT leadership experience, directing and leading Application Development and IT Shared Services organizations, teams and operations in deploying technology solutions, leveraging cutting edge technology to advance Business and IT capabilities and cost-effectiveness in operations.  She oversaw key IT services and multiple Centers of Excellence including software design and development of Healthcare Payer solutions, IT Quality Assurance, IT Strategy and Governance, and IT Project/Program mgt.

Ronit serves on several community boards. She is chair of Birmingham Women in Technology (BWIT) board whose mission is to advocate for, empower, educate, and promote females pursuing and navigating tech careers and tech leadership; and collaborating on community and state diversity and inclusion initiatives. She also serves as a board member of TechBirmingham.

Ronit acquired her master’s in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama. She received her education in Management Information Systems from UAB, her Performance Management practitioner from the Aubrey Daniel institute, and is a trained ICF ACC executive life coach.

In her spare time, Ronit loves to spend time with her husband, their two sons, and friends sailing, kayaking, hiking or traveling the world.
