Rosalyn Lawson, SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President of People and Culture at The Ōnin Group, where she leads HR strategy and fosters a people-first culture. Under her leadership, Ōnin has been named a Best Staffing Firm to Work For by SIA for five consecutive years.
Rosalyn also serves as VP of The Seeds Initiative and oversees the Ready to Work program, supporting community empowerment and workforce development. She was named one of Alabama’s Top 50 Women Leaders by Women We Admire and is a member of Chief, SHRM Executive Network, and board secretary of WBL.
