Ruqayyah Abdullah

Ruqayyah serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Trillion Communications Corporation. Trillion is a national, tier-one supplier of connectivity infrastructure products and services with annual sales exceeding $1.0 billion. Prior to Trillion, she served as an Agile Discipline Leader at BBVA where she led the organization’s agile transformation.
Community-oriented and service focused, Ruqayyah is the board chair for the first authorized charter school in the Birmingham-Metropolitan Area, Legacy Prep. She is a former member of the board of directors of Cahaba Valley Healthcare. Ruqayyah is an active member of the Jefferson County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
Ruqayyah graduated from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and obtained her Executive MBA from the University of Alabama.
