Sandy Littleford

Sandy Littleford, a human resources veteran with more than 20 years of experience, leads all aspects of the human resources function at RxBenefits. She partners closely with executives, leaders, and teammates throughout the company to design, create, implement, and oversee multiple programs including employee relations, compliance, organizational design, recruiting and learning and development.

Prior to joining RxBenefits, Sandy served as Vice President, Senior Human Resources Partner and HR Compliance Officer at Protective Life Corporation, a 3,000-employee insurance firm headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. During her nine-year tenure there, she partnered with business leaders to design and implement multiple people strategies and leadership programs. Sandy also has more than 20 years of experience with Belk / Parisian as a General Manager and Regional Vice President.

Sandy earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. She also holds a Talent Management Institute Certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified agile coach.
