Sara Hammond

Sarah Hammond is software engineer dedicated to fostering a supportive community where women can thrive and reach their full potential, Sara pursues excellence in all areas of her life. Inspired by the lack of female representation in her college computer classes, she co-founded the Women in Workforce Club. This experience also solidified her determination to create a more inclusive environment for women in STEM fields. Inspired by a powerful female mentor who revealed the endless possibilities for women in tech, Sara seeks to break down barriers and inspire others to pursue their dreams. An athlete at heart, Sara’s love for competition continues to fuel her passion for sports. She was named an All-American at the NAIA Swimming and Diving National Championship twice––and she graduated magna cum laude from Milligan University in only three years. Since college, she fell in love with curling and enjoys competing in bonspiels all over the country with her husband, Brad. When she’s not coding or playing sports, Sara enjoys exploring new places with Brad and their adorable Australian Shepherd, Luca.
