Shelby Campbell-Kaman is the RF & HPM Testing Division Manager at Radiance Technologies. Shelby has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. During her career at Radiance Technologies, Shelby has supported a variety of directed energy (DE) programs, ranging from high energy laser (HEL) systems integration, HEL hardware development, and high-power microwave (HPM) effects testing. For the past 4 years, Shelby has worked in the HPM Effects Laboratory under the direction U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) focusing on discovering and leveraging back-door coupled HPM failure mechanisms in electronic targets and developing compact HPM weapon systems.
