Shelby Smith is a highly organized Property Manager with 7+ years of management experience in the commercial office, retail, and mixed-use sectors. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of COPT’s portfolio in Huntsville, Alabama, consisting of the 468-acre master planned, mixed-use, EUL project Redstone Gateway, as well as the Class A office building located at 310 The Bridge Street. At graduate of Athens State University, Shelby is the BOMA North Alabama
Vice President and on the Legislative Committee for IREM Alabama.
