Stacey Stevens is Vice President of Organizational and Leadership Development for Vulcan Materials Company where she leads the talent acquisition and management function, driving development and execution of talent and workforce planning strategies to support business objectives. Mrs. Stevens has been with Vulcan more than 23 years serving in a variety of human resources assignments of increasing responsibility since joining the Company in 2000. Mrs. Stevens earned her bachelor’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Arizona State University and masters of science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
