Trisha Maxwell

Trisha Maxwell is the Human Resources (HR) Department Manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama where she leads the Associate Resources, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and Retirement Plan administration teams. Trisha is responsible for developing strategy, planning, administration, and the delivery of human resources services to the organization. She ensures compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity policies and practices and serves as a consultant to management regarding workforce issues in efforts to foster a productive working environment. She has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama for over 25 years serving in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility since joining the company. Trisha earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
