Virginia Burke brings over 26 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis in employee relations across the banking and healthcare industries. She joined Encompass Health in 2016 as an HR Business Partner, before being provided the opportunity to lead the Employee Relations function in 2022. As Director of Employee Relations, Virginia collaborates closely with regional and corporate leaders on strategic and tactical HR matters. In addition to holding her PHR and SHRM-CP, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.
