I am a banking professional with 16 years of industry experience spanning mortgage underwriting, collections, risk management, and process improvement. I began my career as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter and have since transitioned into a Quality Process Improvement Analyst role, where I focus on identifying process enhancements, supporting risk mitigation efforts, and driving operational efficiency. In addition to my corporate experience, I have also served as a strength and cycling coach for the past seven years, an experience that has further strengthened my leadership, communication, and ability to motivate and inspire others.
