Alma Hughes

Alma Hughes joined Regions in 2013 as a member of the Organizational and Leadership Development Team.  She has over 20 years of experience working in the financial services and consulting industries. Before joining Regions, Alma was a Senior Vice President/Talent Development Consultant with LHH, served as a Principal Consultant at her own firm (V1ctorious Resources) and culminated a career at Bank of America (and its predecessors) as a Senior Vice President

Alma holds an A.B. Degree from the College of William and Mary in Psychology, and a M.Ed. from Springfield College in Industrial Psychology.  She holds a certification for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, a Master Facilitator certification for numerous program offered through LHH, holds her PCC and BCC Executive Coach certifications and is also a Gallup Certified Coach. Alma is a panelist on the “Building Meaningful Relationships through Effective Networking” session.
