Crissy Carlisle

Crissy Carlisle is a mother, wife, and business executive. Professionally, Crissy is the Chief Investor Relations Officer of Encompass Health. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and a master’s degree from Duke University. She specializes in financial reporting, process improvements, and professional development. She is a member of Samford University’s and UAB’s Accounting Advisory Boards and has served as a guest speaker at both schools discussing managerial ethics and SEC reporting. Crissy serves the community through the United Way, participating on the 2015 PaceSetter campaign committee and as co-chair of the 2016 Loaned Executive committee. She is passionate about serving the next generation and currently mentors business students through the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse Connections program and UAB’s accounting mentoring program.
