Jaclynn Maxwell Hudson is a problem-solver with over a decade of experience managing professional projects with an emphasis on process improvement. Her professional background includes various industries, including non-profits, higher education,  public agencies, and banking. 

She has a strong passion for issues affecting women and girls and has volunteered at The Women’s Foundation of Alabama for several years. She is an active member of the Junior League of Birmingham, serving on the Centennial Events Committee.

She is the founder of Brainsavers.co which provides a variety of small business consulting services. Jaclynn has served on the American Cancer Society Junior Board, Holy Family Cristo Rey Advisory Council, Black Girl Ventures Venture Board, organized the Black Tech Takeover and graduated from Birmingham’s Academy of Civic Engagement (ACE) initiative.

In her spare time, she loves home-improvement projects, reading, getting outside, and spending time with family.
