Jordan Lemen serves as a Regional HR Manager for Altec Industries, Inc. in Birmingham, AL. She manages a nation-wide team responsible for Altec’s Service, Parts, Supply and Outside Sales groups. In her 13 years at Altec she has supported and worked with every business unit within the company from an HR perspective and continues to find ways to better support the organization. Jordan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in HR from Auburn University in 2009 and her MBA from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014. Jordan holds two certifications in HR, and her PMP for Project Management.
In her spare time, Jordan enjoys traveling with her husband Tyler and attending as many sporting events as possible.
