Dr. McDonald has practiced psychology for over 20 years and applies solid psychological principles, tested in research and grounded in practice, to help clients addressing a variety of concerns.  Through her private psychology practice at Bair, Peacock, McDonald, McMullan, & Bell, P.D. she provides the psychological assessment and treatment services to adolescents, adults, and couples. Dr. McDonald brings her 20+ years of experience providing psychological services out of the therapy office and into the work world, with the singular goal of helping professionals flourish at work and in life, through her partnership with Lisa Graham, Ph.D at McDonald Graham, LLC.  Dr. McDonald works in private one-to-one or small group settings with professionals at all levels of their career.  She is experienced in leadership coaching for small businesses, family owned businesses, and large corporations and specializes in coaching high potential employees to progress toward their career and personal goals.

Dr. McDonald has expertise and a vast amount of experience in helping individuals:

Dr. McDonald completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Transylvania University in Lexington, KY, her Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her clinical internship at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
