Lisa Crymes is Chief Experience Officer for DST Health Solutions, where she is responsible for continuously improving customer experience. In her role, Ms. Crymes creates business strategy across multi-channel product, solution, and service programs, partnering with senior business leaders to develop solutions that will exceed customer expectations.
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, her areas of expertise include practice management, care management, clinical analytics, connected healthcare, mHealth, patient engagement, and healthcare social media.
Prior to assuming her current role with DST Health Solutions, Ms. Crymes served as the company’s Managing Director for Strategic Marketing and Business Solutions Operations. Before coming to DST in 2012, she held leadership product management positions with industry-leading firms McKesson and Emdeon.
Ms. Crymes earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Shorter University.
