Mindy Finafrock

Ms. Finafrock has over 24 years in contracting, financial, and program management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) customers in acquisition, (Federal Acquisition Regulations – FAR/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement – DFARS), Earned Value Management (EVM), Financial Management (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles – GAAP), and Global Supply Chain Management, to include Logistics Management.

Ms. Finafrock joined PeopleTec in September 2019 and served as a Deputy Program Manager. Ms. Finafrock created project specific management strategies and objectives by implementing controls of budgets, policies, and procedures to ensure project success.  Her strong leadership and attentiveness to employees at all levels exemplifies the “People First” culture at PeopleTec, fuels employee growth for the long term, and earned a promotion to Director in 2022.

Finafrock leads projects supporting the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles & Space, PEO Aviation, and the Space and Missile Defense Technical Center. Along with several professional certifications and awards, Ms. Finafrock possesses a Master of Science Degree in Management.
