Momentum Graduates Eleventh Class of Women Leaders

Dr. Cathy Randall, Chairman of the Board, Pettus Randall Holdings LLC gave an informative and inspirational talk on “Leading By Leaning In”.  Dr. Randall talked about the disparity between men and women when it comes to confidence in the work place.  This includes negotiating salary and pay raises as well as job promotion.  She referred to two newly released books, Thrive by Arianna Huffington and The Confidence Gap by Katty Kay and Claire Shipman.
