Upward is headed to Huntsville! After successfully launching an Executive Leadership program in Huntsville three years ago, Momentum set its sights on women in their early-mid careers. Kicking off in 2025, Upward is the ideal program for women getting settled into their jobs and those who have moved into middle management.

Plus, there are many female newcomers who are just getting settled in Huntsville. Upward provides the skills-based learning, personal insights, and support to help women thrive both personally and professionally, despite the challenges they face. We want our women to soar in the Rocket City!”

Just over 300 women have graduated from the Upward Birmingham program since its inception in 2019, and the results are outstanding. According to a survey of last year’s Upward class, the average salary increase of participants was $15,000, and 40% of participants reported receiving upward mobility or a promotion during the program.
Many women will use the training they received to set an intentional career path, defend their value, set clear boundaries, and build strong relationships.
Momentum is dedicated to helping women thrive both in and out of the workplace and provides coaching in all intersections of life. Plus, after completing the program, graduates are connected to the 1,000+ Momentum alumnae, a valuable asset for networking and mentorship.

Upward sessions will begin in February 2025 and conclude in September 2025, with graduation to follow in October. Applications are due September 30th, and applicants will be notified of placement by early November.
